Todd began his exciting career designing many characters for the hit cartoon SpongeBob SquarePants. It was there that he developed an artistic style of exaggerated human features that define a person. With this he really captures what makes a person unique and sexy. In 2007 he was selected to be the official artist of the GRAMMY® Awards for that reason. Two years later, Warner Brothers invited him to be an official artist to celebrate the 70th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz. He is the perfect artist to properly represent pop culture. We might also add a collaboration with Coca-Cola and a gold medal from Diana Princess of Wales. These are high praise for any artist, and just some of the most noteworthy.

Rock star. Sex symbol. Tough guy. Paint slinger. Todd white probably has  something for everyone. It seems like an artist this versatile was destined for stardom. Hence, it’s easy to see why he has been called the most famous living artist.

Orphans in the Storm,” Brian Lorimer’s newest series for 2026, is an inspiring collection of paintings that are both vibrant and brooding. The Eastern coast of Canada is the perfect setting for this anthology of thoughtful depictions of humble dwellings set atop rocky cliffs with ocean below. In true Lorimer fashion, there is a pensive nature in this work, that invites us to see the beauty in the bleakness of human life in an unforgiving landscape.

BRIAN LORIMER’S BIOGRAPHY

In 1995 Brian created a successful mural business, Lorimer Studios Inc.. Over an 8 year period he employed as many as 10 artists full-time and freelance to assist him in executing over 150 murals. All of the murals were custom designed – hand painted works of fine art – acrylic on canvas and installed on location for a variety of clients throughout the USA and Canada. He then retired to focus on personal projects.
One project involved traveling 800kms of mostly back roads from Addis Ababa to Ethiopia’s Omo Valley. This is one of the most remote places on earth, and is home to remote tribes of people that have been living the same way for centuries.
Project Remembrance saw Lorimer travelling to Belgium and France for inspiration. This somber series of paintings were based on World War 1. An homage to the brave people who fought.
Brian’s paintings are known for their bold, vivid colors. There is also a way that Brian mixes textures and styles to create an almost collage-like portrait or landscape. This of course makes for a very unique and striking image.

“Secretive and solitary, the endangered Bengal tiger still roams Northwest India’s spectacular park, Ranthambhore. While the tiger is not always easy to see in this region of mountainous plateaus and rugged ravines, its presence can be felt: “While exploring the ruins of the Hindu kingdom, we came upon a little lake with a small temple perched perfectly on a peninsula. We were there at midday, but in my mind’s eye, I saw it at dawn, or by moonlight, perhaps twilight. There could be a tiger, emerging from the shelter of the temple, looking out over the lake.” – Robert Bateman

Biography

Robert Bateman has been called the most famous living artist. He continues to paint and tour the world to promote conservation and preservation of nature. We have represented Robert Bateman for decades and are now the sole publisher and distributor of his reproductions. We are so honored to work with him and witness his success. He has made such a massive contribution to the art world and the natural world as an artist and educator of the earth’s most important resources.

Nature as a subject is becoming more and more popular as our environment is in peril. What better subject is there than the beautiful creatures we share this world with? Robert Bateman’s appreciation and understanding of nature are apparent in his paintings. He is able to paint flora and fauna the way your eye would perceive it in real life. It is important that the animal takes full attention. The background becomes muted, and therefore it doesn’t take too much focus away from the subject. His paintings seem effortless and masterful all at once.

Bateman’s eye for composition is unparalleled. Each painting is a composed like a symphony, leading the eye to wander. From the backyards of North America to the sprawling plains of Africa. Robert Bateman captures nature the way it should be enjoyed. Above all he is a champion of wildlife. For this reason he has become a household name for art collectors.

“If a polar bear is a dangerous animal, it becomes really dangerous when it has cubs; but if there is no danger to the young, one cannot imagine a more peaceful mother. In Mother of Pearls, I wanted to have the feeling of being part of that family, close to that big, soft, wild mother.”,- Carl Brenders

Carl Brenders Biography
